Each cell has its own value, let's say you are our first buyer and you bought the first cell in the cycle. You paid 1 TON Then your yield will be 0.02 TON

Each cycle (loop) the cell cost increases by 1 TON, for a total of 380 x 380 = 144400 cells in one cycle. The peak of each cycle is 380 cells.
